Includes: Initial consultation, event vision and planning guidance, budget planning assistance, personalized planning checklist, recommended timeline, venue recommendations, vendor recommendations, decor and design guidance, catering and rental recommendations, basic floor plan / layout assistance, one or two check-ins, final event timeline.
Coordinating Service
Best for clients who want to be involved in creating their event but don’t want to manage all the logistics themselves.
Includes: consultation services + more frequent check-ins, detailed timeline, vendor sourcing and quote assistance, vendor communication and coordination, contract and logistics review, RSVP & guest count assistance, detailed floor plan and event layout, rental coordination, catering coordination, entertainment coordination. Day of event coordination can be added on but is not included.
End to End Coordination Service
